Common use of Prior Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Prior Accumulation. Because of the changes in short leaves and in recognition of sick leave that was accumulated prior to December 31, 1991, any employee who accumulated sick leave days in excess of 190 days, up to and including December 31, 1991, shall continue to be credited with such accumulation. Such accumulation shall be eligible for payment on a prorated basis at the rate of 1/190 of $4,550.00 for each day, provided the employee is otherwise eligible to participate in the Plan.
