Common use of Prior Commitments Clause in Contracts

Prior Commitments. Employee hereby represents and warrants that Employee is under no contractual or legal commitments that would prevent Employee from fulfilling the duties and responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement. Employee has provided copies to the Company of any employment agreements, non-competition agreements or other agreements that Employee previously signed that might arguably restrict Employee’s right to work for the Company, the services that Employee may provide to the Company, or the information that Employee may disclose to the Company or use in the course and scope of his employment with the Company.
