Common use of Prior Employment Clause in Contracts

Prior Employment. Contractor certifies that Contractor shall comply with all applicable Texas and federal laws and regulations relating to the hiring of former state employees including “revolving door” provisions. Furthermore, Contractor certifies that if it employs any former employee of TFC, such employee will perform no work in connection with this Contract during the twelve (12) month period immediately following the employee’s last date of employment at TFC.
