The Priority Enrollment clause grants certain individuals or groups the right to register for a program, course, or service before it is made available to the general public. This clause ensures favored access for select parties, helping organizations reward loyalty or manage demand, and reduces the risk of oversubscription for those prioritized.
Priority Enrollment the COLLEGE, as a participant in this CCAP Agreement, may assign priority course registration to a pupil seeking to enroll in a community college course that is required for the pupil’s CCAP partnership program that is equivalent to the priority assigned to a pupil attending middle college high school as described in Education Code section 11300 and consistent with middle college high school provisions in Education Code section 76001.

Priority Enrollment. 1. Currently enrolled students
2. Children of Founding Families, Board Members and teachers and staff, not to exceed 20% of the overall student population;
3. Siblings of currently enrolled students. Siblings that share the same birth date (i.e., twins or triplets) shall receive automatic enrollment, should one of their numbers be eligible for enrollment.
4. AVA Preschool students (per qualifications identified below)
5. Siblings of students who have accepted and completed enrollment registration for the upcoming year.
6. All other children living within District boundaries.

Priority Enrollment. Napa Valley College as participant in this CCAP Agreement may assign priority course registration to a pupil seeking to enroll in a community college course that is required for the pupil’s CCAP partnership program that is equivalent to the priority assigned to a pupil attending middle college high school as described in Section 11300 and consistent with middle N college high school provisions in Section 76001. Priority Enrollment. PCCD may assign priority Course registration to a student seeking to enroll in a Course that is required for the CCAP Program that is equivalent to the priority assigned to a student attending middle college high school as described in Cal. Educ. Code § 11300 and consistent with middle college high school provisions in Cal. Educ. Code § 76001.
Priority Enrollment. COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT for purposes of this section, a special part-time student may enroll in up to, and including, 15 units per semester, or the equivalent thereof, at the community college.
(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the governing board of a community college district shall assign a low enrollment priority to special part-time or full-time students in order to ensure that these students do not displace regularly admitted students.
(2) This subdivision does not apply to a student attending a middle college high school as described in Section 11300, if the student is seeking to enroll in a community college course that is required for the student’s middle college high school program as described in Education Code section 11300 and consistent with middle college high school provisions in Education Code section 76001. Priority Enrollment. Sequel agrees that if Harmony and Sequel determine that any Harmony student(s) would be appropriately placed in special education programs operated by Sequel in the School, that Sequel shall give enrollment priority to such Harmony student(s) over all other students except for students who are currently enrolled. Any such agreement(s) between Harmony and Sequel for the provision of special education services shall be separate and distinct from this Lease Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sequel agrees that its charges to Harmony for special education services will be consistent with what Sequel charges its other public school district customers. Nothing within this section may be construed to constitute an obligation on the part of Harmony to utilize Sequel services in any case.
Priority Enrollment. The parties agree that children of teachers will receive the same enrollment status as in-district students regardless of their geographical location and enrollment numbers in any specific grade level.
Priority Enrollment. Exemptions from the lottery shall be granted as follows:
(1) Students who live within the RCLA boundary;
