Priority Enrollment. Xxxxxx COLLEGE as participant in this CCAP Agreement may assign priority course registration to a pupil seeking to enroll in a community college course that is required for the pupil’s CCAP partnership program that is equivalent to the priority assigned to a pupil attending middle college high school as described in Section 11300 and consistent with middle college high school provisions in Section 76001. Priority Enrollment. Exemptions from the lottery shall be granted as follows:
Priority Enrollment. In order to assist with the availability of childcare services, the Commission will reserve 100 Full-time Equivalent spaces for immediate enrollment if a space is available in the appropriate childcare class, or if space is not available, for placement at the front of Palcare’s waiting list for an annual fee of $1,000 per space for the Priority Enrollment of Airport-based Employee children ahead of children of (1) County Employees and (2) the general community. This fee will be payable in equal quarterly increments.
Priority Enrollment. I understand that my continued enrollment in the Annex for the current school year entitles me to register for the Annex for the next school year during the priority window. I understand that if I do not register during the priority window, I will need to register for the lottery, after which a space will be offered if it becomes available.
Priority Enrollment. Sequel agrees that if Harmony and Sequel determine that any Harmony student(s) would be appropriately placed in special education programs operated by Sequel in the School, that Sequel shall give enrollment priority to such Harmony student(s) over all other students except for students who are currently enrolled. Any such agreement(s) between Harmony and Sequel for the provision of special education services shall be separate and distinct from this Lease Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sequel agrees that its charges to Harmony for special education services will be consistent with what Sequel charges its other public school district customers. Nothing within this section may be construed to constitute an obligation on the part of Harmony to utilize Sequel services in any case.
Priority Enrollment. In order to assist with the availability of childcare services, Palcare will reserve 100 Full-time Equivalent spaces for immediate enrollment of Airport-based Employee children if a space is available in the appropriate childcare class, or if space is not available, for placement at the front of Palcare’s waiting list. The Airport will pay an annual fee to guarantee these 100 spaces for Priority Enrollment of Airport-based Employee children ahead of children of (1) County Employees and (2) the general community. The annual fee for Priority Enrollment will be calculated considering a $1,000 amount per Full-Time Equivalent space multiplied by the average number of Airport-based Employee children enrolled at Palcare during the final quarter of the preceding year with a 15% increase, per the following formula: Annual Priority Enrollment Fee = $1,000 x average number of Airport- based Employee children enrolled at Palcare during the final quarter of the preceding year x 1.15. The Priority Enrollment Fee shall not exceed $100,000 per year. This fee will be payable in equal quarterly increments by the Commission to the County under the City Agreement for payment to Palcare under this Agreement.
