Private Activities. Coach may hold or participate in private athletics camps or similar activities on his or her own time. All camps and similar activities engaged by Coach will be deemed his or her private activities and not those of the University, absent an express written agreement between the parties. During these activities Coach understands that he or she will not be covered by the University’s worker’s compensation or liability insurance programs. Coach further acknowledges and agrees that he or she will engage in such activities as an independent contractor or business and accepts sole financial responsibility for all profits, losses, expenses and liabilities arising out of such activities.

  • Cease Activities Upon receiving a notice of termination of this Grant, Grantee must immediately cease all activities under this Grant, unless Agency expressly directs otherwise in such notice. Upon termination, Grantee must deliver to Agency all materials or other property that are or would be required to be provided to Agency under this Grant or that are needed to complete the Project activities that would have been performed by Grantee.

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership.   • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor.
