Private and Personal Life. 22 Employees are entitled to the full legal rights afforded under federal law, state law in the U.S. and 23 Washington State Constitution. The religious or political activities of the Employee and the 24 private and personal life of the Employee will not be grounds for disciplinary action unless the 25 District can show just and sufficient cause that such activities or the Employee’s private or 26 personal life adversely impacts the performance of assigned duties.
