Common use of Private Motor Vehicle Allowance Clause in Contracts

Private Motor Vehicle Allowance. An employee, who by agreement is required to use their own motor vehicle on Company business shall be paid an allowance in accordance with SCHEDULE “A” Wage Structure for each kilometre travelled.

Private Motor Vehicle Allowance. An employee, who by agreement is required to use their own private motor vehicle on Company business shall be paid an allowance in accordance with SCHEDULE “A” Wage Structure for each kilometre travelledday of use.

Private Motor Vehicle Allowance. An employee, who by agreement is Employee required to use their own motor vehicle on for the Company’s business, or who by agreement with the Company business uses their own motor vehicle, shall be paid an allowance for kilometres travelled as specified in accordance with SCHEDULE “A” Wage Structure for each kilometre travelled.Table 2, Schedule A.
