Contract Reconciliation Grantee, within 45 calendar days after the end of each fiscal term year, will submit to the System Agency email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx, financial and reconciliation reports required by System Agency in forms as determined by System Agency.
Account Reconciliation You will verify and reconcile any out-of-balance condition, and promptly notify the Credit Union of any errors within the time periods established in the Membership and Account Agreement after receipt of your account statement. If notified within such period, the Credit Union shall correct and resubmit all erroneous files, reports, and other data at the Credit Union's then standard charges, or at no charge, if the erroneous report or other data directly resulted from the Credit Union's error.
E-CHECK TRANSACTIONS You may authorize a merchant or other payee to make a one-time electronic payment from Your checking Account using information from Your check ("E-Check") to: (a) pay for purchases; or (b) pay bills.
Alternate 911 Arrangements If you are not comfortable with the limitations of the 911 Dialing service, you should consider having an alternate means of accessing traditional 911 or E911 services or terminating the Service.
Annual Reconciliation By June 30th of each calendar year, or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible, Landlord shall endeavor to furnish Tenant with an accounting prepared with reasonable detail of actual Operating Expenses and Tax Expenses. Within thirty (30) days of Landlord's delivery of such accounting, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of any underpayment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure by Landlord to give such accounting by such date shall not constitute a waiver by Landlord of its right to collect any of Tenant's underpayment at any time. Landlord shall credit the amount of any overpayment by Tenant toward the next Base Rent falling due, or where the Term of the Lease has expired, refund the amount of overpayment to Tenant. If the Term of the Lease expires prior to the annual reconciliation of expenses Landlord shall have the right to reasonably estimate Tenant's Share of such expenses, and if Landlord determines that an underpayment is due, Tenant hereby agrees to pay to Landlord the amount of such underpayment within thirty (30) days after Landlord's delivery of a demand therefor. If Landlord reasonably determines that an overpayment has been made by Tenant, Landlord shall refund said overpayment to Tenant within thirty (30) days after Landlord has made such determination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure of Landlord to accurately estimate Tenant's Share of such expenses or to otherwise perform such reconciliation of expenses, including without limitation, Landlord's failure to make a written demand for any underpayment from Tenant, shall not constitute a waiver of Landlord's right to collect any of Tenant's underpayment at any time during the Term of the Lease during the one (1) year period following the last day of the period to which such underpayment relates or at any time during the one (1) year period following the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
Electronic Check Transactions You authorize us to honor any electronic check conversion transaction and re-presented check fee debit transactions you authorize ("Electronic Check Transactions"). You agree that your authorization for an electronic check transaction occurs when you initiate such a transaction after receiving any notice regarding the merchant's right to process the transaction, including any written sign provided by the merchant at the time of your transaction. All terms governing electronic funds transfer services will apply to electronic check transactions, except the $50 and $500 limits of liability for unauthorized transactions in Section 9. You remain responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized electronic check transaction shown on your statement.
SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS 34.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements in addition to the compulsory arrangement detailed above. The requirements of any such arrangements shall ensure that:
Compensation arrangements (a) Following receipt of an RoU Claim Notice in respect of a Type 2 Restriction of Use, Network Rail and the Train Operator shall (if they have not already done so) commence negotiations in respect of the RoU Direct Costs compensation to be paid by one party to the other in respect of such Type 2 Restriction of Use and, subject to paragraph 10, shall continue such negotiations in good faith until they are concluded.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS 4.1 A pre-financing payment shall be made to the participant no later than (whichever comes first): 30 calendar days after the signature of the agreement by both parties the start date of the mobility period [optional: or upon receipt of confirmation of arrival by the beneficiary] representing [between 70% and 100%] of the amount specified in Article 3 [NA may add: per semester]. In case the participant did not provide the supporting documents in time, according to the sending institution's timeline, a later payment of the pre-financing can be exceptionally accepted.
Alternative Interconnection Arrangements 3.1 In addition to the foregoing methods of Interconnection, and subject to mutual agreement of the Parties, the Parties may agree to establish an End Point Fiber Meet arrangement, which may include a SONET backbone with an optical interface at the OC-n level in accordance with the terms of this Section. The Fiber Distribution Frame at the Reconex location shall be designated as the POI for both Parties.
