Common use of Probation on Re-Entry Clause in Contracts

Probation on Re-Entry. An employee re-entering the employ of the Company within twelve (12) months after his/her right to recall has expired will not be subject to another probationary period.

Probation on Re-Entry. An employee re-entering the employ of the Company within twelve six (126) months after his/her his right to recall has expired will not be subject to another probationary period.

Probation on Re-Entry. An employee re-entering the employ of the Company within twelve (12) months after his/her his right to recall has expired will not be subject to another probationary period. An employee who has left the Company for voluntary or involuntary termination shall be subject to the probationary period of Article 8.01.
