Procedural Standards in Personnel Matters. 12.3.1 All academic departments shall establish bylaws by a majority vote of all departmental faculty. Such bylaws must comply with applicable laws, University policies, and this Agreement and shall be reviewed by the University Administration and the Union in order to ensure such compliance.
