Common use of Procedure for Giving Notice Clause in Contracts

Procedure for Giving Notice. All notices or other communications (together "notices") to be given or made hereunder (including, but not limited to, account information for payments) shall be in writing, shall be addressed for the attention of the person indicated in Paragraph 15.2 below and shall either be delivered personally or sent by prepaid post (with receipt acknowledgment required) or by telex or by fax. Notices given by telex or fax shall be confirmed by a written copy of the notice delivered or sent as prescribed in this Paragraph. The failure to so confirm shall not vitiate actual notice.
