Procedure for recourse. 8.2.1 Whenever the Union has reason to claim that any such action has been taken improperly by the Company, recourse shall be through the Grievance Procedure. Grievance relating to release or discharge shall be initiated within 10 calendar days after date of notice to the Local Union President.
