Procedure for Renewal and Extension. The Borrower may extend the Maturity Date one (1) time by one (1) year by executing and delivering to the Agent a written request for extension (the “Extension Request”) at least thirty (30) days (but not more than ninety (90) days) prior to the Maturity Date.
