Procedure for reporting issues. 45.2.1 If an Employee wishes to raise a health and safety issue in a workplace, that employee must report it to the health and safety representative. 45.2.2 If the health and safety representative is not able to be contacted, an Employee wishing to raise a health and safety issue in a workplace must report it to the employer’s safety supervisor or another management representative. 45.2.3 An Employee may take all steps that are necessary, including leaving the Employee’s part of the workplace, to report an issue. 45.2.4 If the employer identifies a health and safety issue it may report it to the health and safety representative.
