Procedure if Holiday Falls on Regular Day Off. If a holiday occurs on a day which is the full-time employee's regular day off, he/she shall be entitled to holiday pay at the hour value that is equivalent to the employee's scheduled work period, i.e. for employees on a regularly scheduled ten (10) hour work day, the holiday pay shall be ten (10) hours. For employees on a regularly scheduled eight (8) hour work day, the holiday pay shall be eight (8) hours.
