Procedures to Revoke or Terminate. 1. If the condition(s) giving rise to the Town’s termination of the Franchise Agreement are not cured within the time frames set forth in Section 27.A, the Agreement shall be terminated and the Town may initiate the process for revoking the Franchise under the [Name of Municipality] Cable Television Ordinance.
