Process Improvement. The Company agrees that it will establish a working group involving Union Representatives and other employees to address productivity issues. The aim of the group would be to develop systems improvement in the workplace. Such improvements may or may not lead to further wage increases.
Process Improvement. This clause applies over and above the requirements of an Officers Position Description. A one off payment would be made upon demonstration to the satisfaction of MANEX of an improvement to work process which reflects in measurable dollar savings, productivity or customer service improvements above that contemplated in this agreement. This would comprise a maximum of 70/30 arrangement being up to 70% Business Unit and Minimum 30% Council and the financial savings would need to be demonstrated prior to any one off payment. The ratio of payment would be negotiated with the Management Representative taking into consideration; The risk of the proposed saving not occurring Risk in the reduction in the level of quality of the service provided Capital required for the process improvement The payment shall not be more than 20% of the Business Unit salaries budget and a maximum percentage of 70% of the savings being paid as determined by the Business Unit. When ever a payment is agreed and then implemented it shall be agreed by Manex and the Business Unit and be specifically documented in accordance with Clause 30.4 “Additional Business Unit Agreements.”
Process Improvement. Boeing and Seller agree to work together to identify areas of improvement which affect the manufacturing and assembly process at Seller's facility, Sellers's subcontractor's facilities and Boeing's Facilities. Manufacturing and assembly process improvements include but are not limited to inventory turn rates, lead time reductions, contracting strategies, set up reductions, and lot size reduction. Boeing and Seller agree to use the following metrics to evaluate improvement.

As stated earlier, clients’ satisfaction has always been cornerstone of our business practices and we strive to maintain and improve our high standards by continuously asking and adopting our clients’ feedback. At each project closeout, we will request the Owner representative/project manager to complete our standard “Performance Evaluation” form and provide us with feedback on the quality of service and our capability to carry out the commissioning activities in order to achieve the project objectives with the highest quality expected.
Process Improvement. The participation of each site in process improvement-including the sharing of best practices - is essential to the success of the program.
Process Improvement. 2.10.4 BTI or BellSouth (“Petitioner”) shall notify the other Party (“Respondent”) in writing via BTI’s Local Services and Access Management (“LSAM”) Group or BellSouth’s BTI Account Team (“Account Team”) of the needed areas of improvement and any proposed changes to the current hot cut process provided for in the Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”).

EPA agrees to support XXXX's implementation of a LEAN/Six Sigma and the Governor’s Success Framework approach to evaluate and adjust existing business and public participation practices within critical areas.
Process Improvement. 10.1 Regular meetings will involve WCC representatives and sub-contractor representatives where appropriate.
Process Improvement. 2.1.9.4.1 Within seventy-five (75) calendar days of the Effective Date, the Parties agree to negotiate and adopt a process improvement method to be used throughout the term of this Agreement for amending and supplementing the initial procedures established in this Section. Such process shall be implemented by the Parties thirty (30) calendar days from the date such method is mutually developed. Both parties will work cooperatively to identify areas for improvement and, if applicable, develop and implement process changes resulting from such mutual cooperation. Such method will provide the procedures to be employed on an on-going basis by the Parties when one Party wishes to improve any of the initial provisions set out in this Section. Each improvement negotiated by the Parties must be documented in an Attachment to the initial procedures as mutually agreed by the Parties.
