The City will issue a request for proposals (RFP) for a design-build contract for the design and construction of the Colorado-Columbia Roundabout, with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-Columbia Roundabout as an additional, optional project. If the total cost in any proposal is between $4,800,000.01, and $5,700,000, the City will score the proposals and the Parties will meet to discuss funding and cost sharing. Only if the Parties agree on cost-splitting as described in Section 3 will the City proceed with a single contract for the Colorado- Columbia Roundabout and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-Columbia Roundabout. 3.
