PROCUREMENT CARD ORDERING CAPABILITY. It is the intent of Maricopa County to utilize a Procurement Card (MasterCard) that may be used by the County from time to time, to place and make payment for orders under the Contract.
PROCUREMENT CARD ORDERING CAPABILITY. The State and eligible agencies may determine to use a procurement card / credit card, to place and make payment for orders under this Contract. Contractors shall indicate their capability to allow such payments on Attachment I.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.13.1 Where NuVox has requested an Unbundled Loop and AT&T uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the customer and AT&T has a suitable alternate facility available, AT&T will make such alternative facilities available to NuVox. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, AT&T will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for NuVox (e.g., hairpinning):

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools 1. Accessories, spare parts or tools delivered with the good that form part of the good’s standard accessories, spare parts or tools, shall be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, provided that:

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
