Procurement of Launch Services. Purchaser shall be responsible for the procurement of Launch Services for the SATMEX 8 Satellite. Contractor shall provide engineering and other customary services to maintain compatibility of the Satellite for Launch with the list of Candidate Launch Vehicles set forth in Exhibit B (as of EDC, Ariane 5, Proton M, Sea Launch and Atlas V). On or before [***] month prior to the Delivery date of the Satellite set forth in Article 3.1 (as such date may be extended as provided under this Contract), Purchaser shall notify Contractor in writing of its final selection of a Launch Vehicle for the Launch of the Satellite from the list of Candidate Launch Vehicles, and shall use reasonable commercial efforts to select a Launch Date compatible with Contractor’s then-currently scheduled Satellite Delivery date. Failure to notify Contractor of Launch Vehicle selection by the respective date set forth in the immediately preceding sentence shall be a Purchaser delay of Work subject to Article 6.7 and, once selected as provided above, any change to the Launch Vehicle selection shall be subject to Article 15.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.
