Produced Water. Water produced from a Well through production equipment.
Produced Water. Water produced from Xxxxx alongside Hydrocarbons, including (i) water separated from Hydrocarbons at the wellhead upstream of a Produced Water Receipt Point located at a Well Pad through conventional mechanical separation equipment and held in tanks owned by Producer at the Well Pad, including flowback water, drilling fluids, and other fluid wastes produced from such Xxxxx, and (ii) water entrained in Hydrocarbons that separates from such Hydrocarbons downstream of a Well Pad that a third party is not responsible for collecting, gathering, and/or disposing of and that is held in Off-Site Tanks, and including in each case all materials (including Hydrocarbons) contained in such water.
Produced Water. Water produced from Xxxxx alongside Hydrocarbons (whether or not treated at a water treatment facility), including water separated from Hydrocarbons at the wellhead upstream of a Produced Water Receipt Point located at a Well Pad through conventional mechanical separation equipment and held in tanks owned by Producer at the Well Pad, including flowback water, drilling fluids, and other fluid wastes produced from such Xxxxx, and including in each case all materials (including Hydrocarbons) contained in such water.
Produced Water. Producer warrants that all Produced Water delivered at the Produced Water Receipt Points shall conform to the specifications set forth on Exhibit D.
Produced Water. Contractor will endeavour to utilise produced water for reservoir pressure maintenance if, through standard compatibility testing with Caspian Sea water, no damage to the reservoir resulting in a reduction in overall hydrocarbon recovery would occur by mixing the two water streams. In the event that the two water streams are compatible, Contractor may only discharge a volume of produced water after treatment to the Caspian Sea that exceeds the total volume required for reservoir pressure maintenance or in the event of an emergency, accident or mechanical failure. In the event that the two water streams are not compatible, Contractor may discharge produced water to the Caspian Sea after treatment in accordance with generally accepted international Petroleum industry standards and practices.
Produced Water. (1) The volume of produced water discharged and concentration of oil and grease contained in the discharge will be monitored daily.
(2) The daily and monthly average oil and grease concentration will be reported to the appropriate environmental authority monthly.
Produced Water. With respect to any water produced from xxxxx drilled on the Lands in connection with the production of oil, gas, or other hydrocarbons, Operator agrees to reinject produced water or haul the same away from the Lands and properly dispose of such produced water off the Lands. Operator shall not construct evaporation pits for produced water, but may have a small “emergency pit” during drilling, completion, or reworking operations for produced water purposes.\
Produced Water. Produced water is routed from Bell lease back to Blochman lease, temporarily stored in the 2,000 bbl water injection tank and then injected into a water injection well at Blochman Lease.
Produced Water. Surface discharge of produced water will not be permitted on Owner’s lands.
Produced Water. Surface discharge of produced water will be allowed on Owner’s land only with Owner's prior written consent, and only after Owner has approved, in writing, Operator’s written water
