Product Engineering. DRA shall provide product engineering and ------------------- production control support for LDO Products and HDO Branded Products at DRA's expense.
Product Engineering. 1. Characterize the performance of the embedded FRAM (registered trademark) macro, exploiting the ** . Identify sources of operational marginality and propose countermeasures for incorporation into future devices ** .
Product Engineering. The contractor shall provide product engineering for production and support of the BATMAV system. This shall include engineering support in production, training and logistics activities of this effort.
Product Engineering. This element includes all effort of technical activities associated with the production and manufacturing of the system. This includes analysis of design and production operations, application of manufacturing methods and tooling in support of producing the system.
Product Engineering. The term “Product Engineering” means any research, development and engineering conducted by Perfect Galaxy, whether or not at the request of Satcon, to substantially improve or modify the Production Design of any Product.
Product Engineering. (a) Satcon may request the Product Engineering services of Perfect Galaxy by submitting to Perfect Galaxy a Statement of Work for the development of a new Product or the modification of a Production Design. Within fifteen (15) Business Days of Perfect Galaxy’s receipt of such Statement of Work, Perfect Galaxy shall provide Satcon with a statement of NRE with detailed information on each component of the NRE for such Product Engineering services. Satcon shall notify Perfect Galaxy whether it agrees to the amount of the NRE and the right, title and interest which it shall own in and to the results of such Product Engineering set forth in the Statement of Work within ten (10) Business Days of Satcon’s receipt of Perfect Galaxy’s NRE statement.
(b) Satcon shall have the right, title and interest in and to the tangible deliverable results of any Product Engineering upon payment for such Product Engineering; provided, that Satcon’s rights to any Intellectual Property Rights arising from such Product Engineering shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 9.1 hereof, and Satcon shall not receive any Intellectual Property Rights in the Perfect Galaxy Technology Rights including by way of illustration and not of limitation, Perfect Galaxy’s manufacturing processes, background materials and intellectual property not related to or developed for Satcon.
Product Engineering. ISS shall be responsible for the engineering design of the Products and shall furnish to ECI designs, mechanical drawings, etc. as to allow ECI to either directly or indirectly manufacture the Products. ISS shall also provide object code for the Products. ISS shall be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the designs, source code and object code. The engineering designs for the RTMS products may not be available to the degree that they would be adequate for purpose as contemplated under the manufacturing license for RTMS products as per Exhibit A and in keeping with Section 2.2 of this agreement at the time of execution of this contract. Should that be the case and if and until such adequate to purpose engineering designs can he made available by ISS, ISS agrees to provide the RTMS products to ECI as per Section 2.2 of this agreement at a unit price as scheduled as per Exhibit B.
Product Engineering. Contractor shall provide engineering design, assembly drawing, parts drawing, working sample, revised layouts and construction drawing pertaining to the Product.

The goal of this task is to optimize the Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery for 10-hour discharge operations and to design a weatherization package for outdoor-siting. • Design outdoor the Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery module package • Test and validate the Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery module for outdoor use • Develop variable speed pump optimization for 10-hour discharge • Test and validate variable speed pumping • Prepare a Product Engineering Report including, but not limited to: o Decision logic on including specific features from a design perspective o Test results from the weather resistant upgrades on the Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery o Pump optimization test results. • Revise the factory acceptance testing as required to reflect any specification changes • After the Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery modules have been manufactured and tested in the factory, write a Factory Acceptance Test Report including: o Results of the factory acceptance test for each of the planned number of Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery modules as approved in writing by the CAM. o Lessons learned from manufacturing • Submit a CPR Report #1 and participate in a CPR Meeting per subtask 1.3 • Product Engineering Report • Factory Acceptance Test Report • CPR Report #1 The goal of this task is to install the Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery based Energy Storage System at the pre-selected CAM approved demonstration site. • Complete all civil works such as site alteration, clearing, grading, concrete pads (if necessary), underground conduit, etc. • Complete the mechanical installation of the ESS per the design and local codes • Complete the electrical connections as defined in the electrical design and per local codes • Provide Photos of the Installed Energy Storage System • Complete Final Site Acceptance Test and Commissioning Report (description above) o Lessons learned from the testing and commissioning process o Details the findings according to the guidelines detailed in the Site Acceptance Test and Commissioning Plan in Task 3 • Submit a CPR Report #2 and participate in a CPR Meeting per subtask 1.3 • Photos of Installed Energy Storage System • Site Acceptance Test and Commissioning Report • CPR Report #2 The goal of this task is to perform testing of the Reflex Vanadium Redox Flow Battery based Energy Storage System at the demonstration site for at least 1 year to assess system performance to meet site operational needs. • With consultation from the TAC...
Product Engineering.
