Product Liability Coverage. Kyäni maintains insurance to protect the Company and Business Partners against product liability claims through a "Vendors Endorsement" which extends coverage to Independent Business Partners so long as they are marketing Kyäni products in accordance with Company Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Kyäni's product liability policy does not extend coverage to claims or actions that arise as a result of a Business Partner's misconduct in marketing the products or to other risk factors involved in the Business Partner's independent business activities.
Product Liability Coverage. Party Time Mixes maintains insurance to protect the company and Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants against product liability claims. Party Time Mixes’ product liability policy does not extend coverage to claims or actions against the Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant.
Product Liability Coverage. Essanté Organics maintains insurance to protect the Company and Associates (Executives) against product liability claims. Essanté Organics’ insurance policy contains a “Vendors En- dorsement” which extends coverage to Independent Associates (Executives) so long as they are marketing Essanté Organics products in accordance with these Policies and Procedures and all applicable state and federal laws. Essanté Organics’ product liability policy does not ex- tend coverage to claims or actions that arise as a result of an Associate’s (Executive’s) miscon- duct in marketing the products or opportunity.
Product Liability Coverage. Scentsy Family maintains insurance to protect the Company and Consultants against product liability claims. Scentsy Family‘s insurance policy contains a Vendors Endorsement, which extends coverage to Independent Consultants, as long as they are marketing Scentsy Family products in accordance with Company Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Scentsy Family‘s product liability policy does not extend coverage to claims or actions that arise as a result of a Consultant‘s misconduct in marketing the products.
Product Liability Coverage. To the extent Seller maintains product liability insurance coverage that would cover Xxxxxxx and/or its Subsidiaries with respect to claims relating to occurrences prior to December 1, 1997, Seller shall use its reasonable best efforts to make such coverage available to Buyer, Xxxxxxx and the Subsidiaries.

Product Liability Coverage. The Owners agree that each will separately insure for all product liability claims relating to Primary Aluminum sold by such Owner. The Owners further agree that each will indemnify and hold the other Owner and the Operator harmless from any loss, cost, damages or liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of any product liability claim relating to such Owner's Primary Aluminum, and that any such liability shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Each Owner will deliver to the Operator and to the other Owner certificates of insurance evidencing their product liability coverage with commercially reasonable limits and containing endorsement naming the other Owner, its Affiliates and the Operator as additional named insureds, waiving subrogation against the other Owner, its Affiliates and the Operator, providing that such coverage shall be primary to any other coverage as to such Owner's Primary Aluminum and product liability claims arising therefrom and providing at least ten (10) business days notice of modification or cancellation of coverage.
Product Liability Coverage. If any Project Device developed under this Agreement are used by Discovery in clinical trial(s), prior to the first activity involving human subjects, Discovery, its successor in interest or the then owner of the Project Device, agrees to maintain adequate clinical trials liability insurance coverage in amounts customary and prudent for a responsible entity in its industry in light of the nature of its products. Such insurance shall cover any Discovery products that may be developed in whole or in part based on Battelle’s work under this Agreement and used in a clinical trial.
Product Liability Coverage. Tenant shall provide product liability coverage for not less than Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) combined single limit, bodily injury and property damage.
Product Liability Coverage. TLC maintains insurance to protect TLC and IBOs against product liability claims. TLC’s insurance policy extends coverage to IBOs so long as they are marketing TLC products in the regular course of conduct and in accordance with TLC policies and applicable laws and regulations. The TLC product liability policy may not extend coverage to claims or actions that arise as a result of an IBO’s misconduct in marketing the products.
