Common use of Product License Clause in Contracts

Product License. Azul grants Customer a time-based (during the applicable Software Services Term), without rights to sublicense, worldwide, nontransferable (except in connection with a permitted assignment pursuant to Section 14 of the Agreement), nonexclusive right to use the Product in object code form only; provided that certain Third-Party Software is instead licensed pursuant to the relevant terms set forth below in the Third-Party Software Licenses. Customer may only use the Product on Systems for which Customer has purchased a Supported Instance and solely in connection with Customer’s internal business operations.
