Common use of Product License Clause in Contracts

Product License. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this XXXX, Seagate grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) device residing on your premises, internally and only for the purposes described in the associated documentation.
