PRODUCT PROTECTION Clause Samples
The PRODUCT PROTECTION clause establishes measures to safeguard the quality, integrity, or performance of goods provided under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the seller's obligations to ensure that products are free from defects, meet specified standards, and may include warranties or remedies if issues arise. By clearly defining the responsibilities and recourse available in case of product failure, the clause helps allocate risk and assures buyers that they will receive products that conform to agreed-upon requirements.
