Product Removal. Customer shall, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, promptly remove all of its Products including any downgraded and interface Product and Transmix from the Terminal, and TLO shall remove the remaining Tank Heels and tank bottoms and deliver them to Customer or Customer’s designee, within thirty (30) days of such termination or expiration. In the event all of the Product is not removed within such thirty (30) day period, Customer shall be assessed a storage fee to all Products held in storage more than thirty (30) days beyond the termination or expiration of this Agreement until such time Customer’s entire Product is removed from the Terminal; provided however, that Customer shall not be assessed any storage fees associated with the removal of Product if Customer’s ability to remove such Product is delayed or hindered by TLO, its agents or contractors for any reason.

In the event all of the Product is not removed within such thirty (30) day period, TRMC shall be assessed a storage fee to all Products held in storage more than thirty (30) days beyond the termination or expiration of this Agreement until such time TRMC’s entire Product is removed from the Terminals; provided however, that TRMC shall not be assessed any storage fees associated with the removal of Product if TRMC’s ability to remove such Product is delayed or hindered by TLO, its agents or contractors for any reason.
Product Removal. Licensee shall remove all inventory at the termination of this agreement.
Product Removal. The contractor shall not cancel or remove products without prior approval of the State. The contractor shall provide an equal or acceptable replacement approved by State if available.

Customer shall pay the Terminalling Service Fee for all Products delivered from the particular Terminal after such Termination, together with the Rail Loading Services Fee for all volumes loaded onto railcars after termination and any fees for Ancillary Services applicable to such deliveries, at the rates established under the then applicable Terminal Service Order.
Product Removal. 4.1 You may remove your Products from HUAWEI AppGallery at any time. Nevertheless, you agree that before removing any Product from Huawei Platforms, you shall (a) notify Huawei and related End Users in advance; (b) release an announcement to End Users on the Product pages within a reasonable period of time (at least sixty (60) days if it is a Paid Product), and close the payment portal upon the expiry of said announcement period; (c) comply with this Agreement and terms and conditions of any other relevant agreements, including but not limited to refund requirements. Such announcement shall be kept posted until such Product is formally removed. 4.2 Huawei does not undertake any obligation to monitor your Products or their content. If Huawei becomes aware and determines in its sole discretion that a Product or any portion thereof (a) violates any applicable laws; (b) violates this Agreement, applicable policies, or other relevant Huawei Agreements; (c) creates liability for or has an adverse impact on Huawei; then Huawei may reject, remove, suspend, or reclassify the Product from HUAWEI AppGallery. Huawei reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend and/or bar any Product from HUAWEI AppGallery. 4.3 If your Product is removed from Huawei Platforms, you undertake (a) not to affect the rights of End Users who have previously purchased or downloaded said Product; and
Product Removal. Per section 3.2, Subject to mutual agreement between parties, Enterprise Services reserves the right to modify the goods included in this Master Contract.
Product Removal. As of the Effective Date, Lost Empire shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing for sale in the State of California, “Distributing into the State of California,” or directly selling in the State of California, any Covered Products manufactured after the Effective Date which expose a person to a “Daily Lead Exposure Level” of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per day, unless it meets the warning requirements under section 2.3. 2.1.1 As used in this Settlement Agreement, the term “Distributing into the State of California” shall mean to directly ship a Covered Product into California for sale in California or to sell a Covered Product to a distributor Lost Empire knows or has reason to know will sell the Covered Products in California. 2.1.2 For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, the “Daily Lead Exposure Level” shall be measured in micrograms, and shall be calculated using the following formula: micrograms of lead per gram of product, multiplied by grams of product per serving of the product (using the largest serving size appearing on the product label), multiplied by servings of the product per day (using the largest number of recommended daily servings appearing on the label), which equals micrograms of lead exposure per day. If the label contains no recommended daily servings, then the number of recommended daily shall be one.
Product Removal. As of the Effective Date, Sakara Life shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing for sale in the State of California, “Distributing into the State of California,” or directly selling in the State of California, any Covered Products manufactured after the Effective Date which expose a person to a “Daily Lead Exposure Level” of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per day and/or “Daily Cadmium Exposure Level” of more than 4.1 micrograms of cadmium per day unless it meets the warning requirements under section 2.3. 2.1.1 As used in this Settlement Agreement, the term “Distributing into the State of California” shall mean to directly ship a Covered Product into California for sale in California or to sell a Covered Product to a distributor Sakara Life knows or has reason to know will sell the Covered Products in California. 2.1.2 For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, the “Daily Lead Exposure Level” shall be measured in micrograms, and shall be calculated using the following formula: micrograms of lead per gram of product, multiplied by grams of product per serving of the product (using the largest serving size appearing on the product label), multiplied by servings of the product per day (using the largest number of recommended daily servings appearing on the label), which equals micrograms of lead exposure per day. Product Removal. The following items have been discontinued by the manufacturer and will therefore be removed from Exhibit A: Federal Tactical Plated #1 Buck, Flite Control (LE132-1B), Federal Gold Medal #8 Birdshot, 1 1/8oz, 2 ¾ DE (T115-8), and Federal Gold Medal #8 Birdshot, 1 1/8 oz, 3DE (T116-8).
