Product Shipments. A Certificate of Conformance and copies of inspection/test records shall be included with every lot shipped from the Supplier to BP as applicable.

ENDO will report any defects not readily discernible to TEIKOKU USA within thirty (30) days of ENDO's discovery of same. ENDO shall not be deemed to have finally accepted the Product shipment until completion of ENDO's review of all relevant documentation related to the shipment of the Product and/or retesting of the Product.
