PRODUCT SUPPORT. 8.1 Licensor may offer, in its sole discretion, customer support for the Licensed Programs from its offices during regular business hours. Such customer support will be available to Licensee until November 15 following the end of the single tax year to which the Licensed Programs relate. Customer support will be provided only for use of the Licensed Programs on the hardware and operating systems specified in the documentation for the Licensed Programs, and will be provided only in the event Licensee has applied all updates, if any, to the Licensed Programs made available by Licensor. 8.2 Licensee agrees that by contacting Licensor for support, Licensee will be authorizing Licensor to access and perform work on its account, computer(s) and/or network(s), including but not limited to software, hardware, peripherals and memory (the "Computer System"). Licensor will not be responsible for the loss of any information or data from Licensee's Computer System (whether related to the Licensed Program or otherwise) or any malfunction or failure of the Computer System. It is Licensee's responsibility to ensure that the Computer System has been backed up.
