Production Control a) Production schedules or worksheets must be available in the food preparation area.
b) Food shall be prepared in sufficient quantities to serve all participants. Careful planning shall minimize the leftover food and prevent waste.
c) Standardized recipes shall be used to ensure consistency of quality and quantity and adherence to menu guidelines.
d) Appropriate utensils for correct and consistent portion control shall be available and used at each site.
Production Control. A production organization. On board (or ability to obtain) trade mix/skills to perform ship repair work. Control of production efforts. Integration of other key functions with production. Use of scheduling techniques. Methods of progressing. Training available to trades employees.
Production Control. Flash Alliance will provide [***] on a non-discriminatory basis to SanDisk [***] with respect to [***], provided that the cost necessary for making such system available or [***] will be borne by SanDisk. Each Party (through the Y4 Management Committee) will have the right to discuss the production schedule, planned wafer starts and [***].
Production Control. Flash Forward will provide each Party **** on a non-discriminatory basis **** with respect to **** provided that the cost necessary for making such system available to SanDisk will be borne by SanDisk. Each Party shall be provided the same access to Y5 data relating to Flash Forward data and such Party’s non-JV data, including data used for tool/process analysis, as the Parties receive with respect to Y4 data relating to Flash Alliance. Each Party (through the Y5 Management Representatives) will have the right to discuss the production schedule, planned wafer starts and ****.
Production Control. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 above and this paragraph 4, Pixar shall control the production of each Picture. Pixar, or at Pixar's option an entity established and controlled by Pixar, shall serve as the production entity, provided that none of the entities described in Exhibit A may own any interest in the production entity. Pixar may also establish a separate entity (which may or may not be owned by Pixar but over which Pixar shall exercise production control by contract or otherwise) for purposes of undertaking all or certain portions of production services, such as hiring voice, writers and other artistic talent, provided that none of the entities described in Exhibit A may own any interest in such separate entity. Pixar shall designate and approve all production personnel. Pixar shall consult with Disney concerning the selection of the producers and directors for each Picture, provided that in the event of disagreement the decision of Pixar shall govern. In contracting with third parties in connection with the production of each Picture, Pixar shall, in addition to following the other terms of this Agreement, follow Disney's then customary policies for Premiere Disney Movies with respect to the scope of any grant of rights for use in the Picture ( and the exercise of Ancillary Rights or Derivative Works derived therefrom) obtained from such third parties, provisions limiting such third parties' right to interfere with distribution or other exploitation of the Picture and product placement in the Picture.
Production Control. Flash Partners will provide [***] on a non-discriminatory basis to SanDisk with respect to [***], provided that the actual, one-time cost necessary for establishing a new system to provide [***] to SanDisk will be borne by SanDisk, which, together with the one-time forecast submission system cost described in Section 7.5(a), is estimated to be [***]. Each Party (through the Y3 Management Committee) will have the right to discuss the production schedule, planned wafer starts and [***].
Production Control. Describe the offeror’s production organization capabilities to coordinate, control, interface, and progress work (including that of subcontractors).
Production Control. WizCom shall develop, control and maintain production schedules for the Systems and Avis Software, and cooperate with Avis in responding to special processing requests and processing requirements. Such functions shall include:
a. Prioritize and schedule batch jobs and report distribution systems in accordance with mutually agreed upon schedule parameters.
b. Provide to Avis and obtain Avis's approval of production schedules prior to implementation.
c. Review, coordinate and modify computer resource allocation schedules to accommodate Avis special requests and priorities. Promptly notify Avis if special requests will affect the timely completion of other tasks.
d. Respond promptly to requests from Avis for priority job execution.
e. Execute reruns of jobs as required to correct abnormal terminations and other data processing errors, and otherwise as requested by Avis and obtain Avis's approval if rerunning any jobs will impact scheduled on-line or batch production processing.
Production Control. (1) PRODUCER shall have the sole exclusive creative control over the production and presentation of ARTIST's performance at the Engagement hereunder, including, but not limited to, the details, means and methods of the performance of the performing artists hereunder, and PRODUCER shall have the sole right, as PRODUCER may see fit, to designate and change at any time the performing personnel other than the ARTIST herein specifically named.
(2) ARTIST shall at all times be the headline act and will be the closing act of each show, unless otherwise specified herein. PURCHASER agrees that no performers other than those to be furnished by PRODUCER xxxxxxxxx will appear on or in connection with the Engagement hereunder. PURCHASER agrees to supply and pay for all supporting acts, if any, which must be requested and/or approved by PRODUCER.
(3) PURCHASER agrees to promptly comply with PRODUCER's directions as to stage settings for the performance hereunder.
(4) It is understood that no stage seats are to be sold or used without PRODUCER's prior written consent.
Production Control. IBM shall maintain production schedules and cooperate with Certegy by responding to special processing requests and new processing requirements by following mutually agreed upon processes or procedures. Included in such responsibilities, IBM shall:
1. Make no change to the production environment without the prior approval of Certegy; provided, however, that if Xxxxxxx's refusal to agree to a change to the production environment causes demonstrable impact on IBM's ability to meet any Performance Standard or Minimum Service Level, then Certegy shall excuse IBM from those Performance Standard(s) or Minimum Service Level(s) to the extent such failure is due directly to Xxxxxxx's refusal to allow change to the production environment;
2. Assure that all programs are moved from the application development and test environments to the production environment in a controlled and documented manner, which must in all cases be approved in advance through the Change Control Process;
3. Schedule all Certegy Data Center projects within the agreed Scheduled Downtime outage window so as not to unreasonably interrupt Certegy business operations; all such projects must receive prior approval through the Change Control Process;
4. Document and provide to Certegy a notification of all Data Center changes performed for emergency purposes or as otherwise not precluded in Section 3.0(B)(1) above as soon as practicable, but no later than the end of the next day after the change was made;
5. Prioritize and schedule batch jobs and report distribution systems subject to Certegy's schedule parameters, including but not limited to, automated scheduling features in the Applications Software and Certegy's specific directions so on-line applications dependent on batch processing and batch process outputs shall be available as scheduled;
6. Distribute and obtain Certegy approval for major production control schedule changes prior to implementation;
7. Update the scheduler data base, as required, to reflect changes to the production environment;
8. Monitor scheduler related incidents, and develop and recommend refinements and revisions to the scheduler data base;
9. Coordinate and modify schedules for special requests and follow Certegy priorities. IBM will promptly notify Certegy if such special requirements will affect either the timely completion of other tasks or IBM's ability to meet its obligations under this Transaction Document and this Schedule E "Mainframe Tower";
