PRODUCTION OF AGREEMENT. 6.1 The Union and the Employer shall jointly share the costs of producing and printing this Agreement in sufficient quantities for distribution to the members of the bargaining unit, and of translating it in up to ten (10) languages (other than English) most commonly spoken among members of the bargaining unit as determined by the Union, provided that the cost to the Employer shall not exceed eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) during the life of this Agreement. Any costs over and above eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) shall be borne exclusively by the Union. 6.2 In addition to the actual text of the Agreement and by mutual agreement of the parties, the printed copy of the Agreement may contain introductory statements, 6.3 Regarding the production of the Agreement in languages other than English and the inclusion of introductory statements, highlights, or graphics, the parties agree that all disputes regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be determined based solely on the original English-language Agreement signed by the parties, and not upon any other language version or upon any introductory statements, highlights, or graphics. 6.4 To the extent that the Union incurs costs associated with this Article prior to the effective date of this Agreement and not exceeding eighty thousand dollars ($80,000), those costs shall be agreed upon and reimbursed by the Employer on or immediately after the effective date of this Agreement.
