Productivity Gains. Any productivity gains incurred during the processing or developing of the processes or manufacturing by Baxter or Oasmia for the Product, shall be shared 50/50 by the Parties. The Parties undertake to inform each other of any such productivity gain. Any productivity gains that will have an effect on the Purchase Price of Product are to be discussed and implemented as soon as reasonably possible.

Productivity Gains. Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians at the Bay of Plenty DHB participate in service development activities. In recognition of this, discussion around productivity gains is focused on areas that can be progressed at an operational level in relation to different ways of working to improve patient outcomes. Some opportunities for development could include, but are not limited to, alternative ways of managing the roster and the Regional Medicines Reconciliation Project. The Regional Medicines Reconciliations Project is a regional project and presents the opportunity for gains within the Pharmacy. To assist in the effectiveness of the project, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians will actively support and participate in the project where appropriate.
Productivity Gains. To facilitate the recording of productivity gains and continuous improvement initiatives developed and adopted during the period of this Agreement, a register of productivity gains and continuous improvement initiatives will be held by the Director Corporate Services at City of Prospect office enabling employees, supervisors and Management to keep a record of these initiatives.
Productivity Gains. Siemens and TRX shall establish and periodically review every six (6) months the productivity goals set for the delivery of the Services. Either party may submit a business case to the other that suggests a method by which such productivity metrics can be improved, including in such business case the specific changes in process required, and the one-time costs of implementing the same. Productivity Gains. 29.3.1 Productivity gains realised through improved OHS performance shall be recognised in future enterprise bargaining negotiations 29.3.2 OHS performance will be monitored within each work area of the organisation. 29.3.3 Performance will be measured both quantitatively and qualitatively. CLAUSE 30 - INCLEMENT WEATHER 30.1 The general conditions relating to employees and inclement weather are as prescribed in Council's adopted Policy and Procedures for such matters.
