Products and Services. Part 2.9(a) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies and describes each Company Product currently being designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold by the Company.
Products and Services. The following items are true: (i) you have complete power and authority to sell the products and services you offer and to display the advertisements you use; (ii) your products and services are not illegal, and you will not accept a Card for any illegal transaction; (iii) you will prominently and unequivocally inform each Cardholder of your identity at all points of interaction during the transaction to distinguish you from any other party; (iv) your products, services, and business name do not infringe upon the rights of any other person, including trademark, copyright, confidentiality or patent rights; and (v) you will not sell, market, or display any products or services that would jeopardize our reputation.
Products and Services. To the knowledge of the Seller and except as disclosed in the Recent Reports, there exists no set of facts (i) which could furnish a basis for the withdrawal, suspension or cancellation of any registration, license, permit or other governmental approval or consent of any governmental or regulatory agency with respect to any product or service developed or provided by the Seller or its Subsidiaries, (ii) which could furnish a basis for the withdrawal, suspension or cancellation by order of any state, federal or foreign court of law of any product or service, or (iii) which could have a Material Adverse Effect on the continued operation of any facility of the Seller or its Subsidiaries or which could otherwise cause the Seller or its Subsidiaries to withdraw, suspend or cancel any such product or service from the market or to change the marketing classification of any such product or service. Each product or service provided by Seller or its Subsidiaries has been provided in accordance in all material respects with the specifications under which such product or service normally is and has been provided and the provisions of all applicable laws or regulations.
Products and Services. The Vendor agrees to diligently provide all products and services for the Purchase, a more specific description of the Project Scope of Services is set forth in Sections 1 through 3 of the Detailed Specifications section of RFP220507CMR, a photocopy of said sections being attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit A. Vendor shall comply strictly with all of the terms and conditions of the Solicitation No. RFP220507CMR, as modified by its addendum, copies of which are on file with the County's Department of Procurement Management and are deemed incorporated into this Agreement.
Products and Services. If Sprint PCS fails to provide a response to Manager within 30 days after receiving the notice, then the products and services are deemed to create confusion with the Sprint PCS Products and Services and the request therefore rejected. In rejecting any request Sprint PCS must provide the reasons for the rejection. If the rejection is based on Sprint PCS' failure to respond within 30 days and Manager requests an explanation for the deemed rejection, then Sprint PCS must provide within 30 days the reasons for the rejection.
Products and Services. We reserve the right not to allow certain accounts to be opened as Fiduciary Accounts. To the extent applicable and not superseded by this section, the terms and conditions governing those types of accounts for individuals, as described elsewhere in this Agreement, govern Fiduciary Accounts.

Products and Services. “Products” are either (i) Dell-branded IT hardware products (“Equipment”) or (ii) Dell- branded generally available software, whether microcode, firmware, operating systems or applications (“Software”). “Services” are (a) Dell’s standard service offerings for maintenance and support of Products (“Support Services”) and (b) consulting, deployment, implementation, and any other services, specifically excluding Cloud and/or APEX Services, that are not Support Services (“Professional Services”). “Third Party Products” means hardware, software, products or services that are not “Dell” branded. Third Party software is licensed by a third party under its own terms of use. Products exclude Services and Third Party Products. Products, Services, and Third Party Products (if applicable) may be collectively referred to herein as “Offerings.”
Products and Services. 2.1 To administer the products and services that we supply to you and any future agreements that we may have with you, and to manage and develop our relationship with you.
2.2 For direct marketing purposes; to advise you of products or services, where you have given your permission to us through your marketing choices.
