Professional Credentials. Each Member is a Certified Public ------------------------ Accountant in good standing in one of the States of the United States or the District of Columbia, and entitled to practice in one of the jurisdictions in which the Company or any Company Subsidiary maintains an office, and there are no disciplinary proceedings pending or threatened against the Company, any Company Subsidiary or any of the Members by any Governmental Authority or self- regulatory organization regulating, licensing or permitting the practice of public accountancy.
Professional Credentials. CONTRACTOR shall provide all information requested by COUNTY to facilitate the verification of educational and professional credentials from primary sources. CONTRACTOR shall undergo a review of professional credentials as requested by COUNTY during the term of this Agreement.

Each Partner is a Certified Public ------------------------ Accountant in good standing in one of the States of the United States or the District of Columbia, and entitled to practice in one of the jurisdictions in which the Company or any Company Subsidiary maintains an office, and there are no disciplinary proceedings pending or threatened against the Company, any Company Subsidiary or any of the Partners by any Governmental Authority or self- regulatory organization regulating, licensing or permitting the practice of public accountancy.
Professional Credentials. The Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) - are not reimbursable to the Ship Manager. They are part of the mariners' professional certification.
Professional Credentials. The Board will request approval of Xx. Xxxxxx’x professional credentials from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 115C-271. The Board asserts that Xx. Xxxxxx is highly experienced and well qualified to serve as superintendent of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. However, if the Department of Public Instruction determines that Xx. Xxxxxx is not qualified to serve as superintendent, this contract is void.
Professional Credentials. The CONTRACTOR herein presents the required and essential credentials for performance of this contract and warrants them to be authentic, current and duly granted.
Professional Credentials. 1.1 Provider is either (i) a person with an unrestricted license or other authorization to practice in the state of location; or (ii) a partnership, professional service corporation or other entity, all of the partners, shareholders, members and provider employees of which have an unrestricted license or other necessaryauthorization to practice in the state of location. A copy of Provider's current valid license shall be provided with Provider's application to CHN ("Application").
1.2 Provider, where applicable, has active full and unrestricted clinical and admitting privileges in Provider's specialty at a minimum of one (1) Participating Provider facility ("Participating Facility") or if Provider is a member of a non-admitting specialty, maintain full and unrestricted privileges appropriate to such specialty at a Participating Facility. Provider shall maintain each Participating Facility and other hospital, medical or professional staff appointment and all clinical and admitting privileges granted in connection therewith that Provider possessed as of the Effective Date of Provider's Participating Provider Agreement. A letter from each Participating Facility stating the Provider has such clinical privileges shall be provided with the Application.
Professional Credentials. Each Seller is a Certified Public ------------------------ Accountant in good standing in one of the States of the United States or the District of Columbia, and entitled to practice in one of the jurisdictions in which HCVT, the Company or any Company Subsidiary maintains an office, and there are no disciplinary proceedings pending or threatened against HCVT, the Company, any Company Subsidiary, any of the Sellers or any of the Partners by any Governmental Authority or self-regulatory organization regulating, licensing or permitting the practice of public accountancy.
