Professional Development Month – Teaching Faculty Members. 17.01.1 Between the last duty day of the Spring semester and the first duty day of the Fall semester of each employment year Regular and Probationary Teaching Faculty Members shall be granted one non-teaching month for professional development, which is considered to be of mutual benefit to both the Faculty Member and the Institute.
