Common use of Professional Excellence Award Clause in Contracts

Professional Excellence Award. Annually, the Board of Trustees may provide a Professional Excellence Award to one ASF Member in the amount of $5,000, less normal withholdings and deductions. This Award will be made consistent with the then-current Award Program Announcement and Guidelines (Guidelines) issued by the employer. Additionally, the employer may provide other recognition as specified in the Guidelines. (a) One Professional Excellence Award nominee submitted to the Board from each university, who does not receive that award from the Board, will be honored with a lump-sum award of one thousand dollars ($1,000), less normal withholdings and deductions.
