Program Development and Mission Accomplishment. The Contractor is expected to provide effective planning, management, and execution of assigned research and development programs. The Contractor is expected to execute assigned programs so as to strive for the greatest possible impact on achieving DOE’s mission objectives, to aggressively manage the Laboratory’s science and technology capabilities and intellectual property to meet these objectives, and to bring forward innovative concepts and research proposals that are in concert with DOE missions. The Contractor shall propose work that is aligned with, and likely to advance, DOE’s mission objectives, and that is well matched to Laboratory capabilities. The Contractor shall strive to meet the highest standards of scientific quality and productivity, “on-time, on budget, as- promised” delivery of program deliverables. The Contractor is expected to demonstrate benefit to the nation from research and development (R&D) investments by transferring technology to the private sector and supporting excellence in science and mathematics education consistent with achieving continuous progress towards DOE’s core missions.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas.   • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.
