For the 2019-2020 school year, career-technical programs shall be continued for the next school year if a minimum of sixteen (16) students are enrolled in Levels I and II combined (with a maximum of 25 students in either Level), ten (10) school days after the first student day.

PROGRAM PHASE OUT DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT. For the 2016-2017 school year, Career-technical programs shall be continued for the next school year if a minimum of eight (8) students, (with a maximum of 25) are enrolled ten school days after the first student day. For the 2017-2018 school year, career-technical programs shall be continued for the next school year if a minimum of 12 students are enrolled in Levels I and II combined (with a maximum of 25 students in either Level), ten (10) school days after the first student day. For the 2018-2019 school year, career-technical programs shall be continued for the next school year if a minimum of 16 students are enrolled in Levels I and II combined (with a maximum of 25 students in either Level), ten (10) school days after the first student day. New programs will be exempt from these requirements during the first three (3) years after inception of a new Course Code or a new location. Programs which do not meet this requirement may also be retained at the discretion of the Superintendent if enrollments have trended upward for the prior three (3) years. If a program is phased out due to low enrollment, Level II students will be given the opportunity to finish Level II of the program and the teacher will be remain as the lab instructor for that program, with other assigned duties, to complete Level II students in the second year of the program, in addition to other duties as assigned to fill their schedule. The Superintendent will determine if programs from which a teacher resigns for any reason shall be continued.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Program Narrative All restricted xxxxxx courses which are taught for the purpose of qualifying an individual for restricted xxxxxx license to practice barbering shall consist of a minimum of 1200 hours of training to prepare each restricted xxxxxx to service their communities.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

  • Periodic Progress Payments The Owner shall make progress payments, less retainage, as set forth in Section 4 of the General Conditions.

  • Program Costs 3.1 The Province will pay the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine for the costs of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education. Annually, the cost to the Province to fund the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education is approximately $150,000, including the Participant’s salary and benefits.

  • Program Components Activities and services delivered under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities, as defined in Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf) as well as with public health accountability outcome and process metrics (if applicable) as follows:

  • Additional Information for Product Development Projects Outcome of product development efforts, such copyrights and license agreements. • Units sold or projected to be sold in California and outside of California. • Total annual sales or projected annual sales (in dollars) of products developed under the Agreement. • Investment dollars/follow-on private funding as a result of Energy Commission funding. • Patent numbers and applications, along with dates and brief descriptions.  Additional Information for Product Demonstrations: • Outcome of demonstrations and status of technology. • Number of similar installations. • Jobs created/retained as a result of the Agreement.
