PROGRAM PHASE OUT DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT. a. For the 2019-2020 school year, career-technical programs shall be continued for the next school year if a minimum of sixteen (16) students are enrolled in Levels I and II combined (with a maximum of 25 students in either Level), ten (10) school days after the first student day.

Career exploration programs for grades 7, 8 and 9 are not considered career technical programs for purposes of this provision.
