Program Website. (a) Aspiration shall maintain a website and mobile application for Customers and potential Customers (“Program Website”). The Program Website shall be accessible by means of links from the website of Aspiration or its Affiliates, subject to Applicable Law. Aspiration shall ensure that the Aspiration privacy policy, and if required by Applicable Law, the Coastal privacy policy, is clearly and prominently posted on the pages of the Program Website.
(b) The Program Website shall permit Customers to (i) view the Customer’s Aspiration Customer Account information and Account Statements, (ii) make payments and withdrawals from the Customer’s Aspiration Customer Account via automated clearing house transfer or other payment mechanism approved by the parties, (iii) perform account maintenance (update address or telephone, request replacement cards, update account cycle etc.), (iv) contact customer service and (v) other functions as determined by Aspiration in its sole discretion (the Program Website and such functionality, collectively, the “Internet Services”). To the extent any of the above features or any future features require support from Coastal, such features may be added as may be approved by the Program Team from time to time.
(c) Aspiration represents and, warrants and covenants during the Term (and the Transition Period) that:
(i) the Program Website is solely under Aspiration’s control (subject to Coastal’s rights under this Agreement, including Coastal’s rights with respect to any content relating to the Aspiration Account Program); and
(ii) Aspiration has the license, right or privilege to use the hardware, software and content acquired from third parties for use in the Internet Services, and that it is the owner of all other hardware, software and content used in the Internet Services and that neither the Internet Services as a whole, nor any part thereof, infringes upon or violates any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, invention, proprietary information, nondisclosure or other rights of any third party.
Program Website. Company shall offer a Company-branded webpage or website for Cardholders and potential Cardholders (“Program Website”), included within or accessible by means of links from the Company website, which shall as of and following the Closing Date include substantially the same account management and automatic payment functionality, and contain or be associated with substantially the same material and links, as existed immediately prior to the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, online Credit Card Application functionality may be discontinued by Bank subject to Section 4.5 or by Company in its reasonable discretion. Company may implement such additional content and functionality as Company shall determine in its reasonable discretion, subject to Applicable Law and Network Rules, and Bank may propose changes as Bank determines advisable to reflect the implementation of this Agreement. Changes to the Program Website proposed by Company or Bank shall be mutually agreed or, absent such agreement, but subject to the foregoing requirements, shall be determined pursuant to Section 3.4 and Section 3.5. Upon the mutual agreement of the parties, and subject to satisfaction of Company’s and Bank’s web linking security and branding standards, there may be hyperlinks from Bank websites to the Program Website and/or from the Program Website to Bank websites.
Program Website. The Bank may post the information referred to in section 8(g)(iii) to the Program Website. The Customer will provide each Cardholder with a copy of any posted information relating to Cardholders or provide each Cardholder with direct access to the Program Website so that the Cardholder can review the information directly.
Program Website. The Bank shall continue to maintain (and upgrade and enhance, to include any new technology or features that are used among Comparable Partner Programs), at the Bank’s expense, a Competitive Company-branded website, which shall include a mobile-optimized website for access through mobile (including smartphone and tablet) devices (and mobile applications), providing internet services for Cardholders and potential Cardholders with the look and feel consistent with the Company’s website subject to the Specifications Book (the foregoing, the “Program Website”). All written marketing content of the Program Website (other than content thereon constituting copies of or links to Bank Program Materials) shall be deemed Solicitation Materials subject to review and approval of the Marketing Committee in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.5. The Bank shall cause the Program Website to be accessed primarily by means of links from the Company’s website or links displayed by Internet search engines, as described in the immediately following sentence, to be inaccessible from Bank-branded websites, and to contain or otherwise be associated with only such material and links as shall be approved by the Marketing Committee from time to time. For clarity, Bank communications with Cardholders regarding billing, payment or servicing matters may include links to the Program Website in furtherance of such matters. The Company’s website will provide links to the Program Website on: (i) its home page, (ii) its check-out page, and (iii) such other pages of its website as the Marketing Committee shall determine from time to time. The Program Website shall also include links back to the Company’s website on the Program Website home page and such other pages as the Marketing Committee shall determine from time to time. The Program Website shall include the following functions, any other features and functionality as are made available by the Bank or its Affiliates’ on the program websites of any other private label or private label and co-branded credit card programs (but with respect to private label and co-branded credit card programs, only those features and functionality relevant to the private label component thereof) for which the Bank is issuer or servicer (which features and functionality shall be provided to the Company as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming available to such other programs, unless otherwise elected by the Company), and such other functions a...
Program Website. (a) Kohl’s shall maintain a Kohl’s-branded website for Cardholders and potential Cardholders (“Program Website”). The Program Website shall be accessible by means of links from the Kohl’s website and shall contain or otherwise be associated with only such material and links as Kohl’s shall determine in its discretion, subject to Applicable Law. Kohl’s will provide links to the Program Website on (i) its home page, (ii) its check-out pages, and (iii) such other pages as Kohl’s shall determine from time to time. Kohl’s shall ensure that the Program Privacy Policy is clearly and prominently posted on the pages of the Program Website.
(b) The Program Website shall permit Cardholders to (i) view the Cardholder’s Account information and Billing Statements, (ii) make payments on the Cardholder’s Account via automated clearing house transfer or other payment mechanism approved by the parties, (iii) perform account maintenance (update address or telephone, request replacement cards, update billing cycle etc.), (iv) contact customer service, and (v) apply for a new credit card account. In addition, the Program Website shall include any other functions as may be approved by the Managers from time to time.
Program Website. Bank shall develop and maintain, in a form and manner acceptable to Retailer, a Program website with an independent URL, dedicated exclusively to the Program (the “Program Website”). The Program Website shall have the “look and feel” of Retailer’s Website to the extent consistent with the Bank’s customary systemic and operational capabilities. Bank shall provide access to online account servicing, and the ability to access such site through a URL reflecting the Credit Card name. Retailer shall have the right to approve the marketing content within the Program Website. If any website’s domain name, including utilizing any Retailer Marks, is purchased for these purposes, then ownership of the domain name shall be transferred to Retailer upon expiration or termination of this Agreement if Retailer exercises its option to purchase the Accounts. Subject to Bank’s use of Retailer Marks as set forth in Section 15.6, if Retailer does not exercise its option to purchase the Accounts, the Parties shall cooperate to affect the transition from the Program Website domain to a website designated by Bank. The Parties shall cooperate in good faith to customize the Program Website, including allowing links to Retailer Websites from such page.
Program Website. AXXX shall, at its expense, develop, design, own, host, and maintain an internet website (the “Program Website”), which Company Members may use to obtain information about and apply for Health Insurance Products. AXXX will seek to make the Program Website operational with reasonable promptness. The Program Website shall be co-branded as mutually agreed by the parties and may also include the logos of one or more [***]. The domain name of the Program Website will be mutually agreed to by the parties. All references to the Company, its Affiliates (including their respective Marks) or the Health Insurance Products shall be approved in advance by the Company. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, AXXX shall retain ownership of the Program Website, Program Website URL, software code, design, features, functionality, technical and other specifications for the Program Website, and any content solely developed by AXXX for or on the Program Website, including the look and feel of the Program Website (“Program Website Intellectual Property”), but shall cease all use of Company [***] Marks on the Program Website and any content that is solely developed by Company for the Program Website, except that AXXX may continue to use the Company’s and its Affiliate associations’ names (but not their logos) for non-marketing purposes as required to continue to service and maintain Policies and Renewals.
Program Website. Brocade shall provide and maintain a Professional Services Provider website where Providers may find these Program Guidelines and other information relevant to the Program. Upon joining the Program, Providers will receive necessary access information to the Program website.
Program Website. The website referenced above, or a successor site designated by Veeam. The Program Website provides tools and information about the VCSP Partner Program, Program Guide, and Privacy Policy.
Program Website. You may access the Program Website to view the status of your Account, check details of participation including Points and Reward Coupons, and verify and change contact information for the Program. You may also use the Program Website to view the current Program Rules and send inquiries regarding your Account or the Program Benefits. You are permitted to view, access and use the materials posted on the Program Website for your personal, non-commercial, reference and/or informational purposes only.
