Progress of Construction. Except for delays unavoidably occasioned by strikes, lock-outs, war or civil disturbance, governmental actions (e.g., moratorium), natural disaster, acts of God, or extreme weather conditions, if construction of the Improvements is not carried on in good faith and with reasonable dispatch or if Borrower abandons the work or discontinues work for a period of more than thirty (30) consecutive days.

Progress of Construction upon the request of the Finance Parties, advise the Finance Parties of the progress of construction of such Additional Ship and supply the Finance Parties with such other information as they may require regarding such Additional Ship, and the materials allocated to such Additional Ship, the relevant Contract, or otherwise relating to the construction of such Additional Ship;
Progress of Construction. Construction of the Designated Improvements shall be progressing in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the requirements of this Lease without any continuing significant interruption, other than interruptions beyond the reasonable control of Tenant that are not likely to cause the cost of such construction (and Carrying Costs and construction period and property taxes and assessments) to exceed the Maximum Construction Allowance. Also, Tenant shall have corrected or caused the correction promptly of any significant defect in such construction.

Progress of Construction. Developer shall always commence construction of the Project and continuously proceed with said construction in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Schedule, subject to Force Majeure events. Developer shall keep the LRA informed, at all times, of the progress of the construction through quarterly progress reports containing, at least, the following information: 5.7.1 General description of the construction’s activities performed during each quarter. 5.7.2 Percentage of completions and costs to date. 5.7.3 Actualization of the progress schedule. 5.7.4 Any circumstances affecting the development of the Project. 5.7.5 Any other relevant information concerning the development of the Project.
