Progression on Salary Grid. (a) Each full-time Employee will be advanced from her present level to the next level twelve (12) months after she was last advanced. Except as expressly stated in Article 11.04, if an Employee's absence without pay exceeds thirty (30) continuous calendar days during such twelve (12) month period, her service review date will be extended by the length of such absence in excess of thirty
