Progression on Scale- Custodial/Maintenance. All employees in the bargaining unit will progress to the next step on the scale until maximum salary is reached, on the first of the month following the completion of twelve (12) months of service since last increment date. Increment increases that are due shall be delayed by one (1) month for each instance where a person works no hours in a calendar month due to an unpaid authorized leave of absence.
