- Progression on the Wage Grid. Part-Time Only Effective October 10, 1986 employees shall progress on such grid on the basis that 1725 hours worked equals one (1) year of service. Where, however, part-time employees are on a single rate structure, the full-time wage grid shall apply and progression through the grid shall be in accordance with the foregoing. Employees hired prior to October 10, 1986 will be credited with the service they held under the Collective Agreement expiring November 15, 1985.
