- Progression on the Wage Grid. Part-Time Only Insert the following standard language. Where the collective agreement provides otherwise and the parties cannot agree to the standard language, the existing provision will be maintained as non-standard language. Any non-standard provision related to Progression on the Wage Grid shall be continued under Article 25. Collective Agreements currently containing a part-time wage grid shall continue such wage grids in effect. Effective October 10, 1986 employees shall progress on such grid on the basis that 1725 hours worked equals one (1) year of service. Where, however, part-time employees are on a single rate structure, the full-time wage grid shall apply and progression through the grid shall be in accordance with the foregoing. Employees hired prior to October 10, 1986 will be credited with the service they held under the Collective Agreement expiring November 15, 1985.
