PROHIBITION AGAINST PUBLIC CRITICISM. A. Any criticism of a bargaining unit member by a supervisor, administrator, other agent of the employer or other bargaining unit members shall be made in confidence and never in the presence of students, other bargaining unit members, or at public gatherings. All critiques made shall be confidential. B. Members of the bargaining unit shall refrain from public criticism of supervisors and administrators.
