Except as provided in Section 29.4 of this Lease, neither this Lease, nor any memorandum, affidavit or other writing with respect thereto, shall be recorded by Tenant or by anyone acting through, under or on behalf of Tenant, provided, Tenant may record a memorandum of this Lease, provided on the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease Tenant shall deliver to Landlord any documentation required to remove such memorandum from record.
