PROHIBITION AGAINST UNSAFE CONDUCT BY EMPLOYEES. The parties agree that any purposeful or negligent conduct by an employee which places at risk the health or safety of the employee, or of other persons, is expressly prohibited. Any occurrence of such conduct will be the subject of disciplinary measures against the employee.
