Project Amendment Request. As referenced under SECTION IV. AGREEMENT MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS, the SUBRECIPIENT must notify the County and provide information on any project or activity changes within a project amendment request for the COUNTY to determine whether the request rises to the level of an amendment to the Agreement.
