Project Background Information. The goal of this assignment is to select a responsible party (private sector company) based on a competitive process willing to participate in the development of the Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure in Moldova in partnership with the UNDP-GEF Project titled: Moldova Sustainable Green Cities – Catalysing investment in sustainable green cities in the Republic of Moldova using a holistic integrated urban planning approach( further in the text as MSGCP). The proposed project is linked with the joint UNDP - Energy Efficiency Fund Project “Development of the Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure in Moldova” aiming at promotion of the electrical vehicles use through installation of at least 20 charging stations in the country. During the duration of this partnership, the selected responsible party will report to the Green Cities Project Manager, Project board and to the Environment, Climate Change and Energy Cluster in UNDP Country Office.

Project Background Information. Currently, RtI is interpreted and approached differently at each school with varying language, processes, data storage methods (mostly manual), and interventions utilized by each school. The lack of a common approach to RtI, centralized storage, ease and speed of RtI data and reporting are all pain points experienced by today‟s DPS teaching community. As a result the district lacks the ability to be able to evaluate which interventions are effective or track and support specific implementation, school, or student needs. The project team has been working to define best practice recommendations for the RtI process ahead of implementing a technology. These best practice recommendations include things such a school support and meeting structure, common tier and other definitions, standardized templates for the collection of data, and a RtI process with suggested activities within each step. The team has also been working with district subject matter experts on how data should be used to identify students at risk, diagnosis the student‟s need, track the progress of an assigned intervention, and evaluate the results. Having these items well into development should provide a solid foundation to implement a technology on.

Project Background Information. The Lancaster County Corrections Department operates the Adult Detention Facility which is located at 3801 West “O” Street. The rated population capacity of the ADF is 786. Currently the facility is running an average daily population of 648. The ADF books in approximately 800 arrestees each month or 9,958 total in calendar year 2016. At the ADF, the medical vendor will be responsible to provide on-site health services for all inmates, including sick call. The medical unit at the ADF has a clinic area with several examination rooms, appropriately equipped to see patients, an infirmary for acute medical and mental health patients, a pharmacy room, file/records room, nursing and other offices. Lancaster County has a dental operatory on- site and the Vendor will be expected to provide a dental program with a contracted dentist. The annual average expenditures by the Department of Corrections for services over the last three years is as follows: Hospitalization - $265,500 Pharmacy Costs - $189,602.00 The average number of inmates seen in Clinic, over the last three years is as follows: Nurse’s Clinic – 14,454 inmates per year. Nurse Practitioner Clinic – 4,922 inmates per year. Doctor’s Clinic – 586 inmates per year.

  • Background Information (A) The Adviser has entered into an Investment Adviser's Agreement with the Fund ("Investment Adviser's Agreement").   • Access and Information The Company, on the one hand, and Parent and Acquisition Corp., on the other hand, shall each afford to the other and to the other’s accountants, counsel and other representatives full access during normal business hours throughout the period prior to the Effective Time to all of its properties, books, contracts, commitments and records (including but not limited to tax returns) and during such period, each shall furnish promptly to the other all information concerning its business, properties and personnel as such other party may reasonably request, provided that no investigation pursuant to this Section 6.01 shall affect any representations or warranties made herein. If this Agreement is terminated, each party will deliver to the other all documents and other materials (including copies) obtained by such party or on its behalf from the other party as a result of this Agreement or in connection herewith, whether so obtained before or after the execution hereof.

  • Data and Information 12.1 The parties shall comply with all relevant UK and EU data protection legislation in delivering their obligations under the Agreement.

  • Reports and Information 17.1 At such times and in such forms as the CITY may require, there shall be furnished to the CITY such statements, records, reports, data and information as the CITY may request pertaining to matters covered by this Agreement.
