These best practice recommendations include things such a school support and meeting structure, common tier and other definitions, standardized templates for the collection of data, and a RtI process with suggested activities within each step. The team has also been working with district subject matter experts on how data should be used to identify students at risk, diagnosis the student‟s need, track the progress of an assigned intervention, and evaluate the results.
