Except for the limited license rights granted to Moovweb herein, as between Customer and Moovweb, Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to the Project Content and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to assign to Moovweb any intellectual property rights in any Project Content or any modifications or derivative works thereof. Customer hereby grants Moovweb a non-‐exclusive, non-‐ transferable (except as permitted hereunder), worldwide, royalty-‐ free right and license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publicly perform and display, distribute and create derivative works of any Project Content provided to Moovweb solely for purposes of providing the Services to Customer as permitted hereunder (including deploying any Customer-‐implemented Project on the Moovweb Cloud).
Project Content. Methods Study Design & Data Collection The study took place between June 12 to July 31, 2014 at the public Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx hospital (CHPR), Uruguay’s largest women’s hospital and national referral center. The principal investigator (PI) conducted this study in collaboration with Iniciativas Sanitarias (IS), whose central office is located within the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx hospital, and the hospital’s sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services. IS provided an intensive one-week training course on Uruguay’s abortion law, its historical and legal context as well as aspects of service implementation and monitoring. The PI then observed 20 consultations at CHPR’s SHR services, including all four types of visits, with women obtaining pre-abortion counseling, medication prescriptions and post-abortion care, and recorded observations as field notes. The PI used an adapted version of a component of the IS quality assessment tool, the clients’ satisfaction survey. The questions on satisfaction remained the same, but questions about background information (consultation type, age, partner status, education and whether or not the woman was accompanied during the consultation) were added. A convenience sample of participants was recruited by asking providers to invite clients who attended any type of IVE consultation during the study period to complete the survey after the consultation. There were no exclusion criteria. A total of 105 IVE clients completed the confidential survey alone in an area separate from the consultation room and placed it in a locked box. As this study consisted of an internal quality assessment on request of the organization Iniciativas Sanitarias, it was not considered human subject research by the Emory Institutional Review Board and no review was required. Data Analysis The PI conducted the data analysis in SPSS. Questionnaires with fewer than 80% of completed questions were eliminated from the sample, resulting in a final sample size of 81. Since the questionnaires were completed anonymously and clients come in for up to four consultations, the sample may contain more than one questionnaire completed by the same individual during different consultations. Based on a comparative analysis of background characteristics, identifying respondents with identical attributes of year of age, race, education and partner status, this possibility could not be excluded for 21 of the 81 questionnaires. Seven large-scale standardized steel structure industrial factories will be built, with an overall building area of at least 000 xxxxxxxx xxxxxx meters (building density shall comply with national standards, which shall be no lower than 0.4, and roads shall comply with the district’s overall requirements), 70 fully-automatic production lines (with core equipment deemed imported advanced equipment and other equipment deemed advanced equipment used by foreign or domestic companies in the same industry), 1 office building (overall building area shall be at least 00 xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx), 1 R&D building (overall building area shall be at least 00 xxxxxxxx xxxxxx meters, with over 300 sets of R&D equipment, 5 pilot production lines and 10 trial production lines) and other necessary infrastructure. The above construction plot ratio is above 1.0. (Specific construction planning requirements are subject to formal approval of relevant government agencies and Party A is responsible for assisting Party B with relevant application procedures).
Project Content. The ISEC project adopts an innovative talent training mode and is open to students enrolled in undergraduate enrollment plan of domestic institutions of higher education. The normal domestic four-year schooling system can be adopted, and the domestic and foreign two-stage learning mode can also be adopted, among which the domestic learning period should not be less than two years. In the domestic stage, students can learn through the English enhancement and ISEC courses. Eligible students can transfer to the Exchange schools in North America and Europe through credit transfer in the third or fourth year. Graduates may receive bachelor’s degree from foreign universities and undergraduate diploma and bachelor’s degree from domestic universities, which are approved by the Ministry of Education of China. Party B is responsible for introducing ISEC projects for Party A. Party A is the main body of ISEC projects. Party B undertakes part of school responsibilities and obligations according to Party A’s requirements, such as assisting in application, building teams, promoting enrollment, organizing teaching, providing foreign teachers for some courses, and arranging students to dock with foreign universities, to complete the school-running tasks of the project with high quality.
