Project content. Except for the limited license rights granted to Moovweb herein, as between Customer and Moovweb, Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to the Project Content and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to assign to Moovweb any intellectual property rights in any Project Content or any modifications or derivative works thereof. Customer hereby grants Moovweb a non-‐exclusive, non-‐ transferable (except as permitted hereunder), worldwide, royalty-‐ free right and license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publicly perform and display, distribute and create derivative works of any Project Content provided to Moovweb solely for purposes of providing the Services to Customer as permitted hereunder (including deploying any Customer-‐implemented Project on the Moovweb Cloud).
Project content. 1. Party B shall provide Party A with product planning services composed of strategy promotion part and creative design services.
2. After the signing of this Contract _____ After 1 working days, the contract shall be deemed to come into force.
3. During the specific operation of this Contract, the third-party outsourcing service project shall be signed into a single contract by both parties in accordance with the terms and principles of this Contract. Prior to the implementation of the project, both parties shall contact with the meeting and written work requirements (fax), and confirm the signature documents in writing.
4. In case of any changes and modifications during the operation of the business, both parties must contact them in writing within 24 hours, and take the documents finally signed and confirmed by both parties as the basis for the changes and operation.
5. The work of each project shall start with the signing of Party A or a single project contract. After the completion of various projects, Party A shall conclude with the signing and acceptance of various documents, reports, certificates, manuscripts and relevant financial documents submitted by Party B.
6. Party A may, as necessary, request Party B to attend the communication meeting at the place designated by Party A at any time, and Party B shall report the results according to Party A’s requirements .If Party A attend the relevant meeting at the request of Party A, the head of the project working group shall attend it in person and put forward opinions according to the meeting.
Project content. Fudan New English Offline Training
1. The developer and the curriculum introduction "Fudan New English" teaching system is a bilingual QUARTET system, its intellectual property rights shares by the famous international education group The Q Group whose headquarter is located in London and Part B. Part B is the area chief dealer in China. This English teaching system is designed for the adult and the global youth study from the beginner level to the high-level, and is a computer multimedia interaction English study system. At present it has been used by more than 40 countries in the world. This curriculum altogether is divided into 4 levels, beginner, intermediate, advanced and professional level, altogether 238 courses. "Fudan New English" contains teaching material, multimedia self study software, teaching management software, necessary English teaching website, syllabus, reference book and so on.
Project content. R & D, manufacturing and sales of LED / LCD opencell and module products and TP touch panels.
Project content. (1) Based on Party B’s existing system, Party B shall conduct customized development in line with Party A’s requirements;
(2) Xxxxx B shall furnish Party A with implementation, technical support and maintenance work.
(3) Party A shall furnish system implementation, including installation, debugging, training, operation and maintenance services.

Project content. This project is categorized as a high-tech manufacturing project encouraged by the government. Seven large-scale standardized steel structure industrial factories will be built, with an overall building area of at least 000 xxxxxxxx xxxxxx meters (building density shall comply with national standards, which shall be no lower than 0.4, and roads shall comply with the district’s overall requirements), 70 fully-automatic production lines (with core equipment deemed imported advanced equipment and other equipment deemed advanced equipment used by foreign or domestic companies in the same industry), 1 office building (overall building area shall be at least 00 xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx), 1 R&D building (overall building area shall be at least 00 xxxxxxxx xxxxxx meters, with over 300 sets of R&D equipment, 5 pilot production lines and 10 trial production lines) and other necessary infrastructure. The above construction plot ratio is above 1.0. (Specific construction planning requirements are subject to formal approval of relevant government agencies and Party A is responsible for assisting Party B with relevant application procedures).
Project content. 1. The area of the Project is an estimated 20,000 square meters.
2. The Project shall include the following items: decoration and finishing work, water and electrical utilities, air-conditioning, an indoor tropical rain forest, rockery and waterfalls, renovation of a swimming pool, and construction of an artificial sandy beach.

Project content. Party A and Party B agree to cooperate to conduct risk exploration and development within the exploration area designated by Party A. Party B shall provide the capital for the foregoing.
Project content. The ISEC project adopts an innovative talent training mode and is open to students enrolled in undergraduate enrollment plan of domestic institutions of higher education. The normal domestic four-year schooling system can be adopted, and the domestic and foreign two-stage learning mode can also be adopted, among which the domestic learning period should not be less than two years. In the domestic stage, students can learn through the English enhancement and ISEC courses. Eligible students can transfer to the Exchange schools in North America and Europe through credit transfer in the third or fourth year. Graduates may receive bachelor’s degree from foreign universities and undergraduate diploma and bachelor’s degree from domestic universities, which are approved by the Ministry of Education of China. Party B is responsible for introducing ISEC projects for Party A. Party A is the main body of ISEC projects. Party B undertakes part of school responsibilities and obligations according to Party A’s requirements, such as assisting in application, building teams, promoting enrollment, organizing teaching, providing foreign teachers for some courses, and arranging students to dock with foreign universities, to complete the school-running tasks of the project with high quality.
Project content. The overall objective of this project is the creation of a system which allows arranging remote court sessions, recording and preserving materials of these sessions in the electronic form. Project purposes (outcomes) • To optimize court proceedings in terms of costs and time used; • To simplify possibilities of specific groups of the society to participate in court proceedings; • To expand modern information technology usage in courts; • To improve knowledge of the staff of courts, NCA and prisons in the creation and implementation of the system for video transmission, recording and storage in courts during the study visits. Expected outputs • Video-conferencing equipment procured and installed in NCA, courts and prisons; • Personnel of courts, NCA and prisons trained on how to use video-conferencing equipment; • Hardware and software for recording and storage of remote court sessions in the electronic form procured and installed in NCA; • Improved knowledge of the staff of courts, NCA and prisons in the creation and implementation of the system for video transmission, recording and storage in courts during the visits to EU and EFTA countries. Activities (components) • To procure video-conferencing equipment including training for the employees of courts, prisons and NCA on how to work with video-conferencing equipment; • To procure hardware and software for recording and storage of remote court sessions in the electronic form. • To organize visits for the staff of courts, NCA and prisons to EU and EFTA countries for the exchange of experience on video transmission, recording and storage in courts (It is planned that NCA will find appropriate institutions - EU and EFTA countries to visit itself).
