Project Content. Except for the limited license rights granted to Moovweb herein, as between Customer and Moovweb, Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to the Project Content and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to assign to Moovweb any intellectual property rights in any Project Content or any modifications or derivative works thereof. Customer hereby grants Moovweb a non-‐exclusive, non-‐ transferable (except as permitted hereunder), worldwide, royalty-‐ free right and license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publicly perform and display, distribute and create derivative works of any Project Content provided to Moovweb solely for purposes of providing the Services to Customer as permitted hereunder (including deploying any Customer-‐implemented Project on the Moovweb Cloud).
Project Content. Fudan New English Offline Training
1. The developer and the curriculum introduction "Fudan New English" teaching system is a bilingual QUARTET system, its intellectual property rights shares by the famous international education group The Q Group whose headquarter is located in London and Part B. Part B is the area chief dealer in China. This English teaching system is designed for the adult and the global youth study from the beginner level to the high-level, and is a computer multimedia interaction English study system. At present it has been used by more than 40 countries in the world. This curriculum altogether is divided into 4 levels, beginner, intermediate, advanced and professional level, altogether 238 courses. "Fudan New English" contains teaching material, multimedia self study software, teaching management software, necessary English teaching website, syllabus, reference book and so on.
Project Content. 1. Party B shall provide Party A with product planning services composed of strategy promotion part and creative design services.
2. After the signing of this Contract _____ After 1 working days, the contract shall be deemed to come into force.
3. During the specific operation of this Contract, the third-party outsourcing service project shall be signed into a single contract by both parties in accordance with the terms and principles of this Contract. Prior to the implementation of the project, both parties shall contact with the meeting and written work requirements (fax), and confirm the signature documents in writing.
4. In case of any changes and modifications during the operation of the business, both parties must contact them in writing within 24 hours, and take the documents finally signed and confirmed by both parties as the basis for the changes and operation.
5. The work of each project shall start with the signing of Party A or a single project contract. After the completion of various projects, Party A shall conclude with the signing and acceptance of various documents, reports, certificates, manuscripts and relevant financial documents submitted by Party B.
6. Party A may, as necessary, request Party B to attend the communication meeting at the place designated by Party A at any time, and Party B shall report the results according to Party A’s requirements .If Party A attend the relevant meeting at the request of Party A, the head of the project working group shall attend it in person and put forward opinions according to the meeting.

Project Content. This project is categorized as a high-tech manufacturing project encouraged by the government. Seven large-scale standardized steel structure industrial factories will be built, with an overall building area of at least ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ meters (building density shall comply with national standards, which shall be no lower than 0.4, and roads shall comply with the district’s overall requirements), 70 fully-automatic production lines (with core equipment deemed imported advanced equipment and other equipment deemed advanced equipment used by foreign or domestic companies in the same industry), 1 office building (overall building area shall be at least ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇), 1 R&D building (overall building area shall be at least ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ meters, with over 300 sets of R&D equipment, 5 pilot production lines and 10 trial production lines) and other necessary infrastructure. 2.2 The participants’ tasks/duties
Project Content. Party B and the third-party investor introduced by Huicheng Ruida shall jointly invest in and incorporate a sino-foreign joint venture (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Venture”), and Party B shall select two wholly domestic-funded persons (individuals or other entities) to incorporate the project operating company (temporarily named as Genetron (Wuxi) Biotech Co., Ltd. The real name depends on the verification by and the registration with the industrial and commercial bureau) and its wholly-owned subsidiary (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Operating Company”) in Jiangsu Wuxi (Huishan) Life Science & Technology Industrial Park. The Operating Company shall be controlled by the Joint Venture through VIE architecture. The Operating Company shall be mainly responsible for the construction of the precision medicine platform for cancer early screening, implementation of liver screening in a large population cohort for the benefit of the people and the normal operation of gene detection, cancer screening and other processes under the Project in the future.
Project Content. 1. The area of the Project is an estimated 20,000 square meters.
2. The Project shall include the following items: decoration and finishing work, water and electrical utilities, air-conditioning, an indoor tropical rain forest, rockery and waterfalls, renovation of a swimming pool, and construction of an artificial sandy beach.
